This is a dark teal and black polyester dress with belt neck tie and buttons. The size says 14P, however this is vintage sizing and not necessarily the same as current sizing. The great thing about this dress is that is semi sheer so depending on what you wear under it - you can go vintage, or change it up to make it more modern.
